“My ring hasn’t charged since I received it. They sent me another charger but it still won’t charge. They won’t respond when I ask for a refund or for a ring that works. Don’t waste your money. It doesn’t work.”

“This product was disappointing, and I'm being generous. The first one, I returned due to malfunction. I attempted to return the new replacement ALSO due to malfunction. I was told it was too late to return, so basically not only does the ring not work properly, NIMB doesn't stand behind their product. The biggest issue is that the ring glitches and calls for help by itself for no reason. Do not buy this product.”
