“NipYata is where it's at! I ordered one of these for my best friend's 40th bday. The customer service is second to none! They made sure it arrived not just on time, but early - in time for setup for her party! The product was ah-mazing -- so much fun. I can't wait to order another one for an "unsuspecting victim" for a special occasion. Highly recommend! Great job, NipYata! :)”

“Customer Service is 11/10! With my son's 21st birthday fast approaching and a few shipping hiccups, the NIPYATA team ensured his pinata was there in time for the party. It was a HUGE hit (no pun intended), and all the "kids" raved about it. For once, I got to be the "cool mom"-LOL! I can't recommend this product or company enough; they went above and beyond. I can't thank them enough.”

“My tracking number was not working and no one was responding to emails or phone calls. Luckily, everything worked out and my item arrived in time. The product is fantastic but maybe work on timely response to issues.”
