“The product did not ship until the day it was suppose to be delivered and only after I called and emailed. Although I left a two day buffer it still did not arrive on time because of issues with fed ex. What upset me the most was that there was no apology and no response to me emails other than a shipping notification and a refund. I realize things happen but at least be accountable. My daughter is out of state and this was for her 21 bday. I was extremely disappointed.”

“The piñata was suppose to be delivered in 1/18. The company did not ship it until after I left a message on 1/18. It did not arrive in time for the party. I left a voicemail and email asking the company to contact one but received no response. If I knew it would not be received in time I could have ordered a replacement instead I was left with no gift for a special occasion. Extremely disappointed.”

“I placed this order so it would arrive for a birthday on April 8. The delivery date has been constantly pushed back and I have YET to receive my order and today is April 9. I believe I am entitled to a refund of my shipping fee! Will not.order again!”

“This is a rip off. I thought the card was a cute idea for valentines day, but the mixer for my card wasn’t included and I can buy a full size bottle for less than this card. I spent $35 for an airplane bottle in a cute box…I can make my own cuter gift with a bottle of alcohol and a mixer for less than $10. Won’t waste my money on it again.”

“I don't even want to leave 1 star. I placed my order on 11/08/22 for my son's birthday on 11/18/22. I sent an email, as instructed, to make sure it would be delivered on time. I received a response that it would absolutely be received before his birthday. Today is 11/18/22 (his birthday) and the tracking says it will not be there until Monday which is way too late for the celebration so now it is useless. I have tried several times to call (always get the voicemail) and no one ever calls me back. I have also email several times with no response. I will never use this company again and I will make sure to let anyone I can tell not to use them!!!!!!!”

“I cannot reach customer service despite emails and phone calls. My product was delivered missing all of its contents other than the piñata and nips. The shipping was never confirmed. Ruined the 21 st Birthday experience of the Finally Legal Piñata.”

“We’ll. Still waiting on my order and it’s my nephews 21st birthday thought was the best gift ever when I can’t be there. They told me 21st birthday is sold out after days of ordering I picked a new one! Cheers champagne bottle. Now there telling me won’t get there until after his birthday maybe? And I picked a date of the delivery. Of course on his birthday! Guess that’s not going to happen! His 21st is Sunday. He goes to University of Indian. What a fun idea!! Maybe not!”

“RUINED PARTY. Ordered for my daughter’s 21st a month in advance. Charged immediately, but never got a shipping notice. Missed the delivery date. No response to voicemail, email, or web form. Filing a charge dispute with my credit card company. Do NOT rely on them for an important occasion.”
