Shipping took entirely too long. The product itself was hard to open.... and the gift card wasn't a gift card but a "discount card"! False advertising at its finest 🙄 The only positive thing I can say about the product is that the package was cute.

When I tried to fill out a request to order the special on the overnight Valentines order, it didn't take the address of the recipient, and it confirmed a package to me. I had no way to cancel it, and had to order another ... but wasn't abler to get it for the sales price, and it didn't get delivered until 3 days later, and it cost $10 more. Essentially I spent twice as much for something that didn't quite work out the way I wanted it to... and it wasn't the one I wanted... I sure didn't want it to be I love... drinking with you... Just the plain I Love You would have fit the bill better. Oh well. It wasn't received well either.

Customer service was good, but the delivery service is bad. I was really excited to receive the boozy piñata for a bachelorette trip and asked for it to be delivered on a Friday in Austin, TX. They initially tried to deliver on Wednesday when we hadn't checked in to the air bnb yet. The delivery service said they would attempt to deliver on Thursday and/or Friday. Nobody came back either day and the delivery service called again on Monday attempting to deliver after we had left. I was really disappointed that the piñata never came after I had talked it up so much. However, when I emailed customer service they responded quickly and refunded me right away.

This is the second time I’ve had to change my address for this delivery and I haven’t had issues in the past.

Pinata itself looks fine, although haven't used it yet. I ordered it for the 4th of July and despite leaving ample time for it to ship, it arrived too late to use for it's intended purpose. I emailed once to check on it's status and got no response and then a 2nd email asking what to do with it since my even had passed. No response to either. Not sure what I am going to do with a red white a blue pinata now??!! Customer service and timely shipping would get one star but the pinata is cute so I gave 2 stars!

Still waiting for product. Was told it would be received Friday. It’s Sunday and tracking stopped Wednesday. Not happy. Have 2 very disappointed Birthday people. Hopefully I’ll have it before I leave back out of town. Disappointed.

Came late and it came broken. We can't even hang it! Super sad. Will update review if they make it up to us. Gave two stars because it is at least super cute...just can't use it.

Paid to have a gift sent to my daughter in college and requested her birthday for delivery by date. Was never told that it couldn’t be delivered by then and of course it is set to arrive the day after now.
