We are still waiting for its arrival, the last time we had contact we were told they were waiting for a part to come in stock but that they now have the part and we should have our sofa by 20th June. Low and behold, we are still waiting and I would like to add that it is an absolute nightmare trying to get hold of anyone. I am furious.”

Customer service on the 2nd June 2022 said it had just received items in the warehouse and would dispatch ASAP, still no order.
Unlike the '2 minute' answer for customer services as advertised I have been on hold for 17 minutes being told I was first in the queue and then it finally goes straight to answer phone. So fustrating and not what is expected of a 'family run' business. the summer will be over by the time I receive my products!!!!”

We've struggled to get hold of anyone to provide updates, we eventually got hold of someone who said they would get back to us the same day! A week later we still haven't heard back. Was informed that an email was sent but nothing on all addresses provided.
We are starting to feel that we are never going to receive our sofa and based on this experience we wouldn't recommend anyone else buying from this company”
