shocking company should be shut down ,taking peoples money and not delivering the items paid for ,not answering phone calls just rings out ,don't reply to emails. Visited address nobody trading for there. you owe me £350 higgings and his robbing sisters shame on you ,you tramps

We ordered our sofa at the beginning of April, being told it would take 6 - 8 weeks. We are still waiting for its arrival, the last time we had contact we were told they were waiting for a part to come in stock but that they now have the part and we should have our sofa by 20th June. Low and behold, we are still waiting and I would like to add that it is an absolute nightmare trying to get hold of anyone. I am furious.

I still haven't received my order placed on the 29th April 2022. Customer service on the 2nd June 2022 said it had just received items in the warehouse and would dispatch ASAP, still no order. Unlike the '2 minute' answer for customer services as advertised I have been on hold for 17 minutes being told I was first in the queue and then it finally goes straight to answer phone. So fustrating and not what is expected of a 'family run' business. the summer will be over by the time I receive my products!!!!

Very poor communication, The items didn’t arrive in time for the family BBQ. However I’m really pleased with them now they are here.

We were told the order was going to be 6 to 8 weeks. It's been 10 weeks. We've struggled to get hold of anyone to provide updates, we eventually got hold of someone who said they would get back to us the same day! A week later we still haven't heard back. Was informed that an email was sent but nothing on all addresses provided. We are starting to feel that we are never going to receive our sofa and based on this experience we wouldn't recommend anyone else buying from this company

Good Morning Jade, I am sorry to hear you feel your order was delayed. However, your delivery falls well within our 3-5 working day delivery policy on this item. I can also confirm your order was placed on the 18th March Friday Afternoon (15:00) and was delivered by 23rd March. This is 3 working days. I can see you called in for an update and was advised of the delivery date You have also received full tracking information via DHL, I apologise if this service has not been up to your standards. As a small family run business, we take every review personally and do our best to resolve any issues which arise. Terrible experience. Messaged numerous times sometimes I would get a reply most times I didnt. Placed an order on 2nd of May was told few days ago that my order was cancelled yet nobody thought to notify my or refund it. So apparently my refund will be processed in 24 hours. That was 30 hours ago still nothing. No email to say I will be getting my money back. Their phone lines aren't working either (I can see why) terrible customer service and a company to avoid.

Good Evening, I am really sorry to see this review. I do apologise about the confusion you have had with your order. We try to respond to our Live Chat function as quickly as possible. We do warn of waiting times within the chat. I can see we have been responding to your chat. Sometimes when you leave and come back the chat starts over and you can no longer view the chat correspondence. Yes - Unfortunately our phone lines are off as we're migrating to a new system to allow our staff to work from home. I do apologise for any inconvenience this is likely to have caused you. I can see you changed your order from an item which was in stock to an item which was on backorder, cost £50 more and warned of potential delays. You was responded to via Live Chat on several instances that the remaining balance needs to be paid within your account or it automatically cancels. Due to a new order being raised to change your product, the new order is discounted by the amount previously paid. Due to this change the amount sits as credit in your account. I really do apologise that you feel let down in this instance. however, i feel we could not have done anything more our end to resolve it. We need payment of the outstanding amount to progress your order. I admit, if our phone lines were on at this time a simple phone call would have certainly made life easier. We have sent correspondence about your refund, i have manually sent the correspondence again, please check your Spam Folder. Also, your email address is with Microsoft (hotmail) they have a bulletin release stating issues with emails currently. We're a small family run business and take every order personally and want to provide our customers with the best possible experience, I really am sorry to see you feel disappointed with us.
