Thought I was buying a free pair of underwear but automatically singed up to a subscription that I was repeatedly denied make to cancel and then the delivery never came on time even thought they stated a 7 day delivery time

Even though I cancelled within the reflection period after receiving the first delivery, I was still asked to pay for another month.

The support team then expected me to: • return the hoodie without the tag, • wait for them to process it, • and then pay delivery fees again — twice — just to fix something that was clearly caused by their own system.

I’ve had a few delivery issues, and instead of resolving them properly, support simply told me the items I ordered were out of stock and sent random designs instead.

So I was actually on a game and this advertisement “ON THAT ASS” came up , so I had a look through to see what it was about and it interested me at the start , it came up with 1 pound delivery just for the set of underwear so I got myself the pink ones I got for free obviously and I just paid delivery , it came and I tried it on I liked it but couple days later the underwear ripped into pieces it was like it wasn’t sawed on properly or anything so I threw it away , I checked my emails randomly to receive what other people are getting on here as they are threatening to get debt collectors , they say if I don’t send 13 pound we will charge more and more and they give you a certain amount of time to pay it or it’s the threatening emails , so I send a email back saying I want to unsubscribe and don’t threatened me with debt collectors .

Terrible customer service,terrible items recieved. I canceled my free trial and they have taken two months worth of money out of my account,even though my membership is inactive. I have tried to contact the company but have been told there is nothing they can do and to expect my delivery, even though I didn't want them and haven't got an active membership. Please stay away from this company.

When I went back to cancel, I was "too late for this month", so now I have to pay for another delivery of AWFUL underwear that I don't want.

After a week of waiting for delivery, I contacted them to say they hadn't arrived, so they said they'd send a second free pair.

Offer states free boxer shorts but you sign up for the continuous delivery. System does not allow you to cancel until 2 weeks from signing in. There is no physical way to cancel it before. However what this company does is charge you as they say you should have cancelled within 2 weeks and not after. So you are charged for next month.

So I pointlessly need to be charged and then receive another delivery a month later I no longer want.
