“We bought a Beldray Combo Steam Cleaner on the 25/03/2020 which was about as much use as a chocolate fireguard, so we requested a return label after several emails to this company we still haven't received said item. The date now is 25/04/2020, DO NOT use this company as they don't seem to take kindly to you wanting to return items to them.”

“Ordered six china cups. Three arrived damaged (very poor packaging). It's been over two months and still can't get an accurate response from them regarding the status of the replacement cups. Was told a month ago that they were on their way but never arrived. Will never purchase from them again.”
