“Very professional and helpful with our problem. We emailed with our query and they got back to us quickly with a resolution. They sent us a brand new hoover as the one we had had a broken part. Highly recommended.”

“We purchased a Salter liquidiser around 9 months ago.The chopping blade unit was failing and was extremely noisy. I contacted Salters and the receptionist I spoke to took my details as the part was out of stock. I received a call a couple of days ago to inform that the item was back in stock and today I received the part FOC under guarantee. Well done Salters. Thank you.”

“Brought some glasses and one was broken phoned up and it was sorted very quick and the champagne glasses are very nice”
