“I purchased a top in a color cream and was delivered a sage colored top. I have called several times and emailed with no response. It is their mistake and they have not responded to rectify the situation. This bad customer service”
“I ordered 2 cardigans from THE NOLI SHOP. They arrived and are too small. I went to file a refund and learned that they items that I wanted to return are final sale but it says that nowhere on my order confirmation or on the items online. After leaving 4 messages on a voicemail and sending 2 emails I finally got an email back saying sorry these are final sale. I would have never ordered something that couldn't be returned. Now I have (2) cardigans that don't fit me and I am out my hard earned money. I will never shop there again. It says NOWHERE that they are final sale. I am disgusted.”
“This is the first time that I order from Noli yoga and the order arrive two weeks after I literally didn’t receive it on the time that I was supposed to get it and now that I want to return it, they’re not allowing me to return it because the piece now is on sale when I purchase the pieces it did not said final cell so I do not know what to do. I receive the package late. I couldn’t use it all the time that I needed it for and now I cannot return it. I’ve been trying to contact customer support and no one can help me. It’s been almost a week and I haven’t been able to return the pieces. I do not recommend this company.”
“I never had an issues with them until the last few months as I have not receive my items. One order the item says it was shipping Dec 22, 2023 and USPC says they never received the item and waiting for it to ship and the other item says unfulfilled. I got several email saying they are backed up but this item is just coming from Miami and I live close by. I am getting very frustrated with them.”
“I bought the sequin pants and received them today. The pants are ugly, super wide and long. In their website it says they don't charge refunds in the US and in the return invoice there is a charge of 9.95 for shipping. I can never get anybody on the phone. Very poor customer service.”

“I ordered a pair of $100 leggings from Noli yoga and I never got an email about my order. When I finally received the order, I wanted to exchange them for a bigger size so I tried going on their website to enter in my email address and order number, but it couldn’t find my order. I couldn’t find any emails from them about the order either. I contacted them directly and they emailed me back saying they were going to send me another email with the return label. I never received that email and now I am stuck with the leggings.”
