“The boxes arrive quickly and I love the packaging. My favourite items so far have been the sheet masks and the lip tints. Some of the items have adorable packaging. I just wish the pricing was lower. I bought a 12 month subscription as a one-off gift to myself, and while I'm enjoying it I doubt I'll be able to do it again. The monthly promos feel a little over the top, offering extras only if you extend your plan - with the base cost already so high it seems excessive.”

“I fell in love with the Japanese make-up products after a trip there and have been searching for a way to get them in my country. The quality, quantity and price are verry correct in my opinion. I like the mix between make up and beauty products. The products you recieve have great variation and I look forward to every box with a lot of anticipation. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because you can't choose which color you get so some things arn't suited for my skintone. That said there are ways to make things work and they make a nice gift to friend/family so I can't say I have lost anything by ordering these boxes! On the contrary I gain happy moments each month :-)”

“I think this box is really fun. I loved the January box. I wasn’t as thrilled about the February box, all the items I received were in very unflattering colors for me. I however am completely enamored with the sakura themed box.”

“I really like the themes of the boxes. Up until now I only had a problem once. Bc they forogtone of the items in my box. However after consulting the costumer service which gladly helped we could make out an agreement which worked out well.”

“My December 2020 box barely arrived on the 23rd when it usually arrives within the first week. The products are very nice. I like the skin care products and the Dolly Wink Eyeliner. I am happy with the products, just this month's delivery took longer than it should have.”

“I am really enjoying the October box. Everything is cute this month but the Halloween Makeup I can so do without, as we can get that in Canada. I'm hoping to get more skincare product and cute shadow pallets. The shipping was great. No complains. Still loving the boxses and still can't wait till the shipping is free. As the shipping cost is pretty expensive. Keep up with cute and quality products. Looking forward to next box. 😍😍❤❤❤”

“I am new to nmnl and so far I'm having a pretty good experience. My 3 niece loves the product and looking forward to the Oct box. I'm also loving the cuteness in the box. The only thing I would change from the box is the sponges and the nail stickies. Cause that we can get anywhere and I'm crossing my fingers for free shipping to come back as the shipping is so expensive. Keep up the cuteness. ❤❤❤”

“This review is for the YumeTwins box subscription. The items are high quality and the prices for the boxes are reasonable. I would like a ‘skip’ option for the months that have themes a particular subscriber would rather not get. That being said, you are getting your money worth.”

“Ok. I'll talk about costumer service, price, delivery and returns & refunds from Yumetwins. First of all, I do love all the cute and handy items, but there are also some items that's just pocket filling. But I do understand why we get them some times. Most times most of the times the items are good quality items we can use. Delivery can take, forever. It basically takes more or less a moth. I've always recieved my box, so I'm happy about that, but it took what felt like, forever. (Some times) You have the option of paying extra for tracking, but I've never done that. And I've always recieved my package. The price isn't bad at all when you think of all the stuff you get, and the postage (normal) is included in the price. Returns and refunds and customer care could be better. I haven't had to return anything. One box was missing one of the promised items and we got 1 (or 2) new ones instead, but I remember being disappointed as that specific item was the reason for me to get the box. I didn't get it later on either, after sending them an email about it. They where out of that certain item. Fair enough. Things like that, happens. If you are unlucky and have some trouble with payment (or anything involving money,) don't expect to get a refund, for anything, ever. You wont have a good enough reason for it, ever. And make sure everything is in order when you order stuff. They won't help you change and already placed order for example. And so on. So, that my main problem with them. No help to be offered when you have a problem.”
