“The quality was very poor. Nothing like what I expected. Save your money. Definitely not worth it. I purchased. 6 blouses/ sweaters that took forever to receive and then they were all Nothing like they advertised. Jersey/knit cheap fabric.”
“The quality of the clothing is absolutely horrible. Made with the lowest quality of fabric. Contacted company for refund - they did respond to let me know that I could only return to an address provided by them, I do not have that address. They offered a 15% of the garment, instead of returning garment. The one star is only because they did respond - just not with any valuable information”
“On returns they do not say you have ship back to China. So be careful if you order from them. It costs most ship back that the original order itself.”
“NORACORA Has extremely good-looking pictures for their fashions. I spent over US$200 on clothes (first-order) that I thought they look great, upon arrival, I can see the quality of workmanship is extremely poor and they may be worth 50% of what they should be selling for because of the quality does not match up to the presentation. I will not be buying this kind of quality in any store and at any price. One can find better quality in stores for similar prices. Their quality is like buying from Kmart or a discount store. I will not be buying from them again. I wouldn't have minded the price but will not wear that kind of quality but for nightwear.”
“Cheap, paid for express Mail and did not get on time. They refused to refund expedited shipping, and refunded for $4 for a 30 dollar dress.
Dress was not as pictured. The cheapest material you can find. Found out after order went through, it’s from overseas. Stay away!”
“Terrible products terrible customer service I ordered a Adult summer dress and sandals the pics of the advertised order are attached what I got was a kiddie dress for a little house on the prairie audition.”
“I ordered a dress and a pair of sandals. The ad showed them as beautiful. The dress was made of sleazy polyester, and looked nothing like the photos. The sandals shown were NOTHING like the cardboard-like uppers and plastic soles I received. They were not made for normal feet. I ordered a size 8, I tried to give them away to someone who wore a size 10, and they were too big for her, and too ugly. I threw them away. I should have been told country of origin. Just try to return them. They were cheap alright, in every way. Beware”
“These people will not stop emailing me. I ordered one thing. The quality was terrible. Even after being told by someone at the company that they would stop emailing, they won't. Do not purchase anything from these people.”
“I received no proper invoice or delivery info. So glad I’d paid with PayPal, they intervened. I did receive my order with one mistake if a wrong color on a top. But just saw that they have already sold my personal info in that I just got an ad on my phone totally in Chinese! I couldn’t even stop it because I could read it! I will not order from them again.”
“The catalog is very exciting but the clothes upon arrival don't really match the imagery. The fabrics are weird, the fit is inconsistent with US sizing (by at least 1 full size. Construction is not good.”
“Please DON'T order from this company!!! I placed an order with them, and what was pictured did match the expectations. If you want to be mislead or want a poor screenprint of what you see or non flowing dresses or cheap fabric, then this is the place for you. The size doesn't match either according to measurements. They say that returns are simple, but by the time you ship it back to China, yes I wrote China (because that's where the returns go), you've lost 75% of what you've paid! They've won on the scam and they know it. But, I shipped my order back...still waiting on my return refund. It's a matter of principal. It's also a matter of getting the word out. DON'T order from this company! I'll take my chances with Amazon or a great sale at a box store. At least returns are free and shipping won't cost $80+ dollars. Noracora, my order number if you're wondering was #HBPT00672830.”
“The “cotton boho dresses” are not cotton at all. They are made of plastic type polyester that has a heavy coating of smelly chemicals. The so called “easy return policy” is not at all. They refused to give me an address to mail back this junk then they blocked me. This is a scam, DO NOT BUY anything from these scam artists. Where is the Federal Trade Commission?”
“What went wrong? EVERYTHING! People, do not be fooled by the fantastic photos! What you see is NOT what you get! Not even close. The whole experience was horrific and I’m not exaggerating. It was so bad that it’s taken over 2 years for me to even type this review and I’m not going super deep into the details. The end result was that after 3 months of less than satisfying negotiation I had numerous pictures of what was advertised and what I had received, and a ton of correspondence with NoraCora, I contacted the fraud department of my credit card company and they took over from there. Ultimately, I received a percentage from NoraCora and the rest credited from my credit card company.
I donated all of the clothing. I literally was unable to wear any of it. The quality of the clothing wasn’t the worst part of the transaction. It was the repeated lies of the promise of the shipment being in transit and the lack of customer service skills. There is truly no good customer service experience with NoraCora. I’m pretty sure the training they receive is nonexistent and is just a manual that says “Shipment is in transit, should be there in two weeks, bla, bla, bla.” You THINK you get the same person or two because they are all using the same two or three names.
This company may be legit, but there is nothing good, honest or moral about them. So you’ve been warned. If you hit the Submit button to place your order hang on for a terrible ride. Don’t say that you didn’t know.
This company continues to be in business because people continue to buy their products. Their products are terrible and we pay the price. There are others out there just under different names. Same product.
You’ve been warned. Pretty pictures online, not what you will receive. If you hit SUBMIT, you’ve made a choice to throw your money away.”
“Save your money and buy from a company based on your continent/country. Everything on their website is a copy of a designer or boutique clothes and made cheaply in China. It doesn’t look like what is depicted on photos. Dresses run very big. Materials listed on the website are incorrect. No attention to details.
Clothes ship from China. HAS TO BE RETURNED to China!!!??? None of this info is listed on their website. It’s disclosed only after u place the order and after you initiate a return. Office is located in Hong Kong.
After sending an email exchange with customer services they offered me 50% refund which better than me shipping clothes back. Shipping, tracking, insurance and possible custom fees would have cost more than 4 dresses I wanted to return.
The rest that I’m keeping requires alteration.
I so wish I had read online reviews of the company! I should have known that it was too good to be true. Prices were too low for clothes pictured in the photos.”
“Very bad services. This a Chinese company and take about two weeks to ship to US. We ordered two clothes and no one match what we saw on their website. The quality, color and style, no one meet our expectations. Also they have very bad refund policy. We have not heard back yet for our refund request.”
“Very cheap clothing not as pictured on their website. Customer service is horrible if you have an issue. Wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.”
“The website looked great and the items looked fashionable and beautiful. How disappointed I was to find that 4 out of 5 garments were nothing like the description in terms of quality, style, description of material and fit. I only wanted to keep one item, which was marginal at best. The other items were just awful and I would not be happy to wear them at all. I contacted Noracora, and bear in mind they give a very short deadline to return any items and correspond with them. I quote their response. "Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package. Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth." They also go on to mention deadlines and particularly point out “***Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged. ***” I guess they make that statement because my items were sent in two packages, both shipped from different addresses in California! So in conclusion, I felt I had no alternative but to accept their 15% offer. I paid $89.91 for items that I will never wear and I got back the 15% at $13.49. This is very bad business practice at best and I would certainly never use them again and definitely would not recommend them. In fact, I feel so strongly about their awful products and sneaky return policy that I would say "buyer beware!"”
