I have been asking for a refund by email since December because they don't have a phone contact. They also used a fake address in the states that was verified by the BBB as a gas station. They have numerous complaints filed against them with the BBB

NoraCora is a scam and a ripoff!
First of all, please be aware that this company IS NOT in the U.S., but in China, of all places, and that's the kind of service you will receive. How this website is showing an average of 4 stars for this company, I will never know unless NoraCora's employees are posting positive reviews pretending to be satisfied customers. These people and the company are a scam and frauds! They WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! Mark my words. Let me tell you my story. I ordered 6 dresses way back on May 19, 2020. I had no idea this company was not in the U.S. They never indicate anywhere that they are located in China. Anyhow, I received 4 of the 6 dresses ordered plus a "gift" on July 1, 2020, a month and a half after placing the order. Can you imagine a company in the U.S. serving its customers so inefficiently? It would go out of business in no time. Found out the dresses are of very poor quality and run very small for its size. Sent NoraCora an email on July 6th requesting authorization to return the 4 dresses. I shipped the 4 dresses back with the "gift" on July 15th, 14 days after receipt. Paid nearly $30 in return shipping costs to China. Then, on July 22nd, I received the 5th dress. Again, poor quality and too small for the size ordered. On July 29th, I emailed NoraCora requesting authorization to ship the dress back to China. On August 5th, the dress was shipped back, 14 days after receipt. Again paid nearly $30 in return shipping costs to China. Finally, on August 18th, I received the 6th and final dress, one day short of 3 months after having placed the order! That last dress I decided to keep since it had already cost me "a ton" of money to return the previous 5 dresses ordered. On September 23rd, I emailed NoraCora inquiring why my credit card had not been refunded for the 5 dresses returned. They responded that same day stating that "the parcel was over 15 days after the delivery date" and, therefore, they "cannot accept the overdue request for return or exchange, hope you can understand." Both returns back to China were made in less than 15 days each after the dresses were delivered. So, that is an outright lie. Again, these people are frauds. That I can definitely understand!!! The 6 dresses ended costing me nearly $200 in all including return shipping costs. NoraCora kept my money and the 5 dresses returned as well as their so-called "gift". Not a bad deal for NoraCora. I wonder how many other innocent people have been scammed by this company. Listen, I do not mean to be rude or disrespectful in any way for that is not me, but NoraCora and its employees have reaped what they have sown. As I get the opportunity (for, like most people, I, too, am very busy), I plan to see an attorney to determine if there is anything that can be done to get my hard-earned money back from these crooks. I also intend to find out how I can report these frauds to the U.S. government for them to take action against NoraCora. I realize this review is lengthy, but I want to help you not to fall into NoraCora's trap like I did. Please, don't throw your money away buying from this company. You'll end up regretting it. “DON’T DO IT! I ordered slip on tennis shoes. They are as light as a feather, CHEAP! No support. Like doll shoes, not intended for real wear! Then I tried to return, never worn it tried on, they said they couldn’t return due to covid. BS! The whole world is still accepting returns now! SKIP IT! “I hesitated a lot about writing this review because I don't like to give bad reviews. Unfortunately in this case, I feel it's my obligation to tell prospective buyers my experience with NORACORA.
The pictures of their items that they post ARE NOT real. Let me explain. Those pictures don't portray the items they they sell. They are pictures of possibly original items, but what they send to you are just crude imitations of the original products. To put it bluntly, they are CHEAP.
Of course, the product is cheap because their prices are low, so you get what you pay for, really. What I despise is being cheated through false advertising.
Also their customer service is NOT a service. Wherever they are located (I don't know and wish to not know ever because I want to FORGET this experience), customer service has nothing to do with the customer service I am familiar with, that of the US, for instance. I ordered a scarf in green and they sent me the same scarf but in purple. Although I pointed out that it was THEIR mistake, they would not offer to issue a return label. Instead they told me to send it back, insured, to WHEREVER they are located, outside the US... very far from the US. After a lot of correspondence, back and forth, they did offer a discount of 50 percent. The item had cost me under 13 dollars, so I refused it. Six dollars dollars would not make me richer and probably would make a difference to them.
I just wish I never came across NORACORA.
However, today I saw a NORACORA advertisement on my iphone and, heck, their products do look good in the pictures. BEWARE, they are not pictures of the items that you will receive.
Consider yourself warned. I would not be fine with my conscience if I didn't warn you.

I first saw NoraCora ads posted online awhile back & was planning to shop through them. The clothes shown looked cute & affordable. Now I've learned that this isn't the case, seeing how all of you have complained about the poor quality & sizing, not to mention the horrible customer service.
