“I recommend you do NOT order from this site! The quality of the clothing and the fabrics used are terrible and not as pictured or described. I plan to return most of the items! They charged my credit card for everything when I placed the order. It took over a month to get a couple items and I’m still waiting for 2 items. This was a learning experience and I won’t order from them again.”
“Clothes feel like plastic- are too large and have to send them back to China to get my money back. Photographs are totally misleading.NEVER buy from this company- I just wasted $75.00”
“Merchandise looks nothing like what is shown on the site. Ordered 4 shirts and they are poor quality. Plus nowhere on the site does it mention they are an overseas company so my bank charged me an international charge fee. Took forever to ship. No tracking provided or shipping updates. Very disappointed.”
“Never again I should have read the reviews before I purchased my garments.
Return policy is not user friendly and very confusing. Material used feels like a shower curtain.
Think and read the reviews before you purchase anything.”
“When my embroidered jeans arrived they fit perfectly and I was ecstatic. Then I washed them. Once. The next time I wore them they literally fell apart. I was not home, I was in my car and had plans to go somewhere but couldn't because I realized the seat of my pants was ripped wide open. What a waste of money.”
“I ordered a dozen pieces, shirts and sweaters 2 months ago. The size chart was not accurate. I have contacted Noracora twice for refund. They have not responded either time. I would not order from Noracora unless you want to throw your money away.”
“First of all, when you return an item they only give you 30% back and call the rest a charge for shipping. I followed directions to return one item of several, it was $25.99. Got the run around, took about 20 ish minutes. Found out about the return policy. Never buying from them again.”
“Merchandise I received from NoraCora looked nothing like what I ordered. The sweaters were a hot mess. I spent $70.00 on merchandise that was an awful mess. Donot order from them they are bogus.”
“The delivery service was slow... The quality of the products is extremely poor all of it made in China. I tried to return it and the procedure for returns is over the top and it has to be sent to Pan Huiling Guangzhou China and the cost is more than the product is worth. Buyer Beware. This is the worst product I have ever bought.”
“Your customer service department really sucks. Of course, I am not going to add a $10.00 off coupon code when I was getting $20.00 off from another coupon. I expected that $10.00 to be taken off what my total cost was.
I have liked the majority of the clothes I have purchased from NoraCora. I have to say your shipping cost, refunds and returns are awful. I am sure I will need to return some of the clothes that I purchased. I am quite sure there will be an issue with returning or exchanging them as well. Truly, I am not quite sure why I continue to purchase from this site.”
“I‘be been waiting to receive information to return an item and haven’t heard back from them even though they promise to respond within 48 hours. Very disappointed.
I’m going to call my back tomorrow and let them handle the refund.
As a res, I will never order again.”
“I ordered 3 items on December 18th, and I'm still waiting for one of them. When I contacted customer services last week, they said they cannot provide an estimate time of arrival because they don't know, and they can't reimburse the money either, so basically, I must wait and pray for one day, they send the item. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE!!!!”
“I made two purchases on December 18, 2022, I have yet to receive the items that I purchased. I have sent several emails without an answer and there is no phone number to contact the company. I have contacted Klarna since I made the purchase through them and I have been told that the packages were delivered and I should contact USPS or the police. I am outraged and disappointed by what I have been dealing with for months. I will never purchase anything from your company ever and I will let everyone know that your company is a SCAM.”
“The pictures look great. What you get, however, will bear little resemblance to the images on the site.
Example: a sweater pictured online is clearly a knitted fair isle woolen, yet what I received is a woven patterned poly. However, for $11 with free shipping I'll happily wear this sweater running errands or picking apples without worrying about damaging an expensive handmade garment.
I am glad I didn't buy any outerwear or shoes, since others have complained that what you get is NOT EVEN CLOSE to what is pictured. I almost ordered a pair of "birkenstocks" for $12, and now I'm glad I didn't.
I am very glad that I only bought casual tops/tunics, gloves, and leggings. The leggings were serviceable, though not at all as pictured, while the knitted gloves were great
so I have no complaints about those, especially for the dirt cheap prices.
The tops/tunics, on the other hand, are extremely cheesy for the most part. They seem to be acceptably sewn (for incredibly cheap knockoffs) but the quality control is spotty. One is particularly egregious with the design down the front being off center and bizarrely placed. The sizing is all over the map with the sleeves generally being too long. I actually don't mind that, since most sleeves are too short for me because I have very broad shoulders. The fabric on all items is very thin and cheap, so I expect a lot of shrinkage once washed, which is good since all items (same size for all) run large to extremely huge.
I make bespoke clothing for a living and I make all of my own "nice" clothes because I hate altering things. I can easily alter any garment if necessary, but most people can't. Every single one of these items is too wide or too long in the neckline, the body, the sleeves, and/or the hem/length. I think most people would find these items unwearable.
I bought the Nora Cora items to wear around the house. I work at home so I'm home all day and I do a lot of messy stuff from gardening, woodworking, and sewing, to cooking, housework, and bottle-feeding orphaned foster kittens. My clothing takes a beating and I often go through several sets of clothes a day depending on which sloppy or downright filthy task has to be tackled. I went through my closet at the end of the year and tossed out the most disreputable, stained, ripped, frayed, and faded stuff I would be embarrassed to wear crossing the road to get the mail. I found myself in dire need of washable, comfy shirts and leggings I didn't care about ruining and these fit the bill. Nothing is scratchy and some of the fabric actually feels fairly soft and nice.
I understand that you get what you pay for, but I can't justify spending a lot for clothes I will likely render unwearable in public the first time I put them on. I only buy ready made clothing if it's cheaper than what the materials would cost me to make it myself. What I refuse to accept, however, is being shipped something which looks NOTHING like the picture, even if it is really inexpensive. I don't bait and switch on my business website because it is fraudulent and I'm proud of the fact that when someone orders from me what they receive is EXACTLY what they saw pictured online.
I got 14 tops, 11 pairs of leggings, and 3 pairs of gloves for $284, or about $10 each. I was shopping for messy-work-a-day stuff and that's what I got. Not a single thing could be worn to an office, even on casual Friday, even if altered. There are two light-weight tops I would be comfortable wearing to the grocery store over a pair of jeans, but that's it, aside from my new apple-picking fall sweater.
Noracora can't seem to ship all the items at once. Three items were missing from the order and when I inquired about when/if they might ship, I was offered the option to either cancel or receive a 15% discount on those items if I waited for “future shipping”. From reading online reviews I realized that if I agreed to take the discount I would wait forever for the items to be shipped, since they apparently never make a subsequent shipment. Instead I chose to cancel the missing items and request a refund. There were some additional back and forth emails with them increasing the amount of discount, but each time I simply demanded a refund. It took about 10 business days, but I eventually got the full amount credited back to my card.
Bottom line, I won't have to buy clothes for the next 5 years at least, but I will never buy from Noracora again.”
“Initlally we loved the cute outfits and prices on the NoraCora website and decided to buy about $120 worth of their promited products. The products came is 4 seprate envelopes of a 30 day period and while shipping was supposed to be free, they charges an additional $42 to our credit card. We tried to return most of the items as they did not fit or we did not like te quality of the fabrics.
They refused to accept a return, but did give us a 15% discount if we kept the items. If we did return, they were going to charge us shipping charges. We did not return the items, but they still added a new shipping fee.
The shipping label clearly state the return address being in Ingelwood, CA. But when we communicated with Noracora, they stated that the return would have to go their eturn center located in Guangzhou, China. You have to pay shipping to China, they inspect the items, and then determine if they are going to credit a refund. Dishonest business practice. Shameful.
Horrible customer experience. Terrible quality. Sammed us on shipping in plasic bags. Don't be fooled! Not a good company, product, or value. Whatever you pay, it's tto much!!!
