“This company is not ethical. It is impossible to return an item and even if you are lucky enough to return it during their time period (it must be returned to China and go through customs), they only guaranteed me 50% return and I had to pay shipping both ways. I tried to cancel when my order was taking too long, but they would not allow me to do so and then when I received my dress it was poorly made, seams were not properly sewed. Stay away from this company!!!!”
“Ordered $202 CAD of clothes (of which $55 was shipping charges) and not a single item is worth it. The cheapest materials you can imagine, the size charts are grossly inaccurate, and shipping times are not what they quote. Ordered stuff late February and still waiting for one piece. Returns are ridiculous. Had I known ahead of time returns go back to China I would never have placed an order because in the past I had ordered something from another website before and the cost to return to China was more than the product was worth. Their return process is so complicated and when you do go through with obtaining a return form they offer you a 15% refund to keep the item instead. If you are from Canada you really have no choice as I wasn't going to pay another $50 to ship it back. I just ended up giving the items away. Never been so disappointed. Save yourself the grief. If there was a zero star rating that's what I would give”

“We ordered 9 garments from Noracora. 5 of the 6 received so far were missing the major stylistic features that were represented on Noracora's website, which is what we based our decision to purchase on. Also, one of the items had two stains on it that look like dried blood.
There was no indication on Noracora's website that any items would be delayed. Based upon the extremely inferior quality (that does not reflect the higher quality images on their website) of what we received so far, we do not want the balance of the order.
The company's return policy says the customer has to pay for the return shipping to their location in China. Regardless, the customer should not have to pay for returning what in effect are bait and switch items. The company only offered a 15% refund. This is a very nefarious way to operate a business.
I am nearly 60 years old and have never disputed a charge on my credit card. I just did so. Noracora's response shows a total lack of respect and value for their customers. Based upon our experience, I would strongly advise against doing business with this company.”
“Really difficult to believe that so many have had positive experiences with receiving good quality clothing. Yes, the photos on line are wonderful and the pricing leaves one wondering if they are too good to be true for a quality product. THEY ARE! Stupidly I kept trying to order something that I felt would reflect the photo. Almost every item was dime-store quality plus sizing was way off. Way too expensive to try to return. On a positive note some of the knit tops were fair quality (knits tend to be very forgiving regarding sizing.)”
“Clothing is sized way too big. Several items are out of stock or on back order. Returns must be made to China and customer service told me I would have to pay custom duties. This was never listed in the return policy. It is a scam.
