“Order sandals. They finally arrived only to be poorly made, not true to size or even close. Contacted the company for refund or exchange. I was informed no refund (finally offered 40% refund), but I was responsible for shipping item back to their China location. The clothing that I received as well was no where near the description, but I can still wear it. Do not do business with this company. Very poor customer service and very slow communication”

“This is to prevent others from being taken advantage of with their return policy. I purchased items from Noracora with my credit card insuring payment for merchandise to be received. Upon receiving I had to return two items and that was in February of 2022, this year.
I have yet to receive refund. I would urge others to not order from this company as their customer service is very bad.

“Do not buy clothes from NoraCora. I ordered sizes per their specifications. Nothing fit. i tried to return them ,followed their instructions which did not work. Tried to “chat” with the “support hero” but after the first response that told me not to send stuff back to the address on the package and to send that person all of the SPU (10) and waiting 45 minutes, i gave up. Wish I had read reviews before dealing with the company!!!”

If I could give them a 0 I would. This is a bait and switch. The pictures on the website are all photoshopped. The clothes are not fitted, they are ‘boxie’ and have zero shape. The material is so cheap! When you try to get refund they want you to send the clothes back to China at your cost ($100+) or they will offer you 15% refund. ITS A SCAM - do not fall for the glitzy pictures you will be disappointed and out a lot of money. Remember you get what you pay for.”

“ordered shoes. Did not realize that they would come from China. When received, not as advertised. Poorly made, glued together and smelled like glue. The inner liner was glued incorrectly and shoes were unwearable. I now have to send them back to China, prepare export documents, pay return shipping! Would never do business with this company again in future! It will cost as much in return shipping/time/aggravation as the shoes cost. Horrible experience!!”

“I saw the pictures of cute clothes that looked like the clothes on scam websites, but then I saw a lot of good reviews and decided to try it.
I don't know where they get those reviews, because it's a ripoff unless you're lucky enough to order something that actually looks like the picture and fits. I ordered a dress for $21 that looked beautiful in the picture, but when I got it it looked like something my grandmother would wear in the nursing home, plus it's really big. I ordered green and it looked blue. I had to pay $10 shipping. When I tried to return it, they seemed amazed that I didn't think it looked like the picture and asked me to send a photograph. She also offered me 15% off if I would keep it, which wouldn't work since I think it's ugly and it doesn't fit. She then told me that the return center is in China and that I would have to pay return shipping cost plus probably customs. Since I don't want to spend twice as much as it originally cost to not even get the product, I'm not returning it, I'll take it to a thrift shop. I told them that I was going to order another top, but no way now. I would not recommend this company!”
“Well I almost had a bad experience since I am reading all the reviews there’s NO WAY I will buy anything from them. What a joke if it doesn’t fit you have to return to China. Last year I had bad experience with another Chinese company material of the blouse was joke. They offered me 15% off my purchase. I think all these companies are owned by the same people. Stay away from all these companies in China”
