You guys are a complete and utter scam. The quality of your clothes is horrible and therefore I want to return the items.
1) You ship items separately so I have to return them separately, as this is part of your policy. 2) You make it difficult to get the return label address. I had to reach out to your team numerous times just to get the correct return address. When I emailed to begin the return process it was like pulling teeth to get the return label.
3) The cost to ship it back (with the same amount of clothing that was shipped to me) is outrageous and not worth it. I would have to return In 2 or possibly 3 separate packages.
4) You offer 15% of the original price instead of a full refund because of the costs to ship back, then it went to 40%. The logical response would be 100% with very clear details UPFRONT about the challenges of returning items.
Stating the issues with the honest return policy clearly and loudly before someone buys should be mandatory. Your lack of doing so only shows your poor customer service as well as ethics.
I would have purchased one item and made the determination that the fabric is completely different than what is advertised and found out with one item that your store and I are not a good fit. Instead I have 6 items in hand I’m trying to return, which is close to the cost of the original price paid, just to ship it back. I am still waiting for 2 items to be sent, however based on these 6 I currently have, I would also want to send these back but will not be able to due to the cost.
It’s a terrible shame, your clientele is looking for good quality affordable clothing, we are not wealthy women who can afford to waste or throw money away and that is exactly what we are doing when ordering
from Noracora.
You guys don’t make money of your clothes being good and affordable you make it off of the struggle that someone cannot send it back due to all of the issues reported above.

“This company does not work with a customer who has to return a garment. They will try to do everything to keep from accepting returns and refunding money from a purchase. I’m trying to return a dress that is too big for me made of some awful heavy fabric that cannot be worn in the summer. They offered me 15% off if I’d keep it. So that would be around $4.50 for a $30.00 dress. The shipping charge was $10.00. So in all I paid approximately $40.00 and they want to pay me $4.50 to keep a dress I will not wear. Really? Watch out for this Company they do not care about their customers.”
“Site states photos showing the item you want to return are acceptable. I bought a dress and loved it. Ordered it in a second color and it came 2 inches short on the top to the waist so waist was under my chest and not at the waist. The neckline was also 2 inches narrower. The dress was defective. I sent photos including a side by side between the 2 dresses with a tape measure. THe photos were clear and they still refused to resend the dress. Finally was able to get a 50% re imbursement. Terrible customer service. I was not returning. I wanted a new dress. I have ordered several times and while sizing is always tricky with China companies I have never had a problem such as this. They lost a good customer.”

“1. For returns, use the "chat" feature, refuse the 15% offer. Tell them you'll just send the items back instead. After some negotiating I got a 35% refund that was credited to me via PayPal in about three days. The "Return" link on your "order" form doesn't work, don't bother trying..
2. Their size charts are waaaay off. Of 16 items, 8 fit and 8 were too small.
3. There are no refunds or returns on sale items (as indicated on the item's page).
4. Ditto others reviews here re the cheap fabric, however I got several tops that fit and feel well that I enjoy.
5. Given their quality and fit issues, items are overpriced in the high $20s to low $30s.
6. Order only non-refundable sale items - $10 or less - buy several sizes,
if you see something that you really like keep the one that fits and works and give away the rest.
7. Too bad they spend so much on advertising, and so little on quality control - their ads are tempting and they have thousands of items for easy home perusing. Order at your own risk.”
“The ads are enticing and pictures are stunning. FALSE ADVERTISING! I ordered $165 worth of clothes that look nothing like the photos. These items took almost 2 months to arrive. They are not linen, like advertised, and they are poorly constructed of cheap, shiny, ugly material that stinks. The return policy is a joke. After filling out the form, I got ignored. They say wait 48 hours, but they don't acknowledge until you email again and complain. Then they offer a 15 percent cash refund. Ridiculous. The cost to return outweighs the cost of purchase. Don't order from this company unless you just want to lose your money and donate items to goodwill thrift stores!”
“The clothes from this company were made from very cheap polyester material. 2 of the items I ordered appeared to be made from cotton/linen but all of the tags said the same thing, polyester. They look nothing like the picture, Tired to return but got no response. Took weeks to receive items. Do not order from this website!!! They are cheap clothing and they send things that look nothing like you've ordered!!! And you clearly can't return anything!!! Will throw out or give to goodwill”

Canceled it on my credit card and feel that I was misled and also I did not receive the discounts and free shipping as it said on the website. “I read not to try to return because you will not succeed in getting a refund. They tell you how to start a refund on the faded out paper they give you but try to do it and there is no way nothing on site it's just filled with clothes galore no way to even start.”
“The clothing is terrible, they basically took a so called pattern and tried to call it clothing. The quality is terrible and the company maybe legit but it’s a scam. They offer you a 15% return of your order cost because they admit it’s costly to the buyer as the items have to be returned to China. If they were a legit company they would have a better return policy. I order from the UK all the time and had never had an issue returning to an international country from the US. If it’s too good to be true IT IS! Wish i had read the reviews first, silly me lesson learned.”
“I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes from NoraCora in a size 6. Each time they send me a size 37 which does NOT translate to a size 6! Size 6 translates to a 36. The customer service was of no help. Returns are complicated and at your expense. I will never buy from this vender again.
