“The quality of material used for short sleeve tops and summer dress is very poor. Stiff, like plastic. Not what anyone wants to wear in the heat of summer. Returns?? They're hard to do as they don't pay return shipping - so you take a loss right away. They offer a nominal refund of 15%, meaning you paid 85% for clothing you can't wear. Not worth doing business with!!!!”
“Noracora's returns policy stinks. I received 2 of the tops I had ordered within good time but they looked nothing like the pictures. They were way too short no matter what size I could have chosen. When I asked to exchange them I was told it was a final sale and I couldn't exchange them. When I said they weren't like the pictures, I was offered a 15% refund. Really???? No customer service at all. I am also still waiting on a top they had run out of when I ordered it over 6 months ago. They did ask if I wanted to wait while more were being printed and I said yes because I really loved it but then when I enquired about it again, apparently the order had been cancelled but I didn't get a refund for my $28. There are a couple of good items I did get out of my order but another top was also nothing like the pic. It was supposed to be cotton more like a cheesecloth with embroidered flowers but it was actually a silky material with just prints of flowers. So, so disappointing especially as I spent over $100 on one order. No more for me.”
“Extremely disappointed in delivery time and quality of items ordered. Fabric feels like a plastic tablecloth. Nothing like cotton. Sizes are way too big (oversized) and the jewelry I find out after I received it cannot be returned. The pictures to order from are very deceiving. I do not recommend at all. “BUYER BEWARE!!! Against my better judgement, I took a chance and made my first purchase thinking I'd probably never receive it. To my great surprise, the order arrived within a week. That is the one and only positive thing I can say! The dress I purchased was described as "woven" with button closures, and the fabric was supposed to be a polyester and spandex blend. The on-line photo looks like it might be a soft T-shirt type of material -- very comfortable and casual for summer. In reality, the fabric is an extremely poor quality (think doll clothes you might purchase at the Dollar Store), shiny, 100% polyester with no stretch whatsoever, and not a button (or zipper) to be found anywhere on the garment. When I chatted on-line with Customer Service, the representative said I would receive my return authorization promptly, but she failed to mention that returns must be shipped to CHINA, despite the fact that the order was shipped to me from NY. She also didn't mention my second option, which is to accept a credit to my card for 15% of the $27 purchase price (no reimbursement for the $10 I was charged for initial shipping) in the event I didn't want to pay the costly shipping fees to send this rag all the way back to China. Lesson learned!! Be careful doing business with China, and be mindful of the old saying "If it seems to good to be true..."”
“I ordered several items from Noracora one of my pair of pants had a hole in them the other pair of jeans I ordered are used, I would have never ordered a USED pair of jeans this is ridiculous. I could have went to a consignment shop if thats what i wanted. They don't look anything like the picture because someone pulled them from the pile of clothes they were throwing out. I wasted a lot of money and waited 3 weeks for this cheap clothing that I will not wear. I will never order any clothing from them again. They should not send USED clothing. My ordering experience was terrible and my items says final sales.”

You guys are a complete and utter scam. The quality of your clothes is horrible and therefore I want to return the items.
1) You ship items separately so I have to return them separately, as this is part of your policy. 2) You make it difficult to get the return label address. I had to reach out to your team numerous times just to get the correct return address. When I emailed to begin the return process it was like pulling teeth to get the return label.
3) The cost to ship it back (with the same amount of clothing that was shipped to me) is outrageous and not worth it. I would have to return In 2 or possibly 3 separate packages.
4) You offer 15% of the original price instead of a full refund because of the costs to ship back, then it went to 40%. The logical response would be 100% with very clear details UPFRONT about the challenges of returning items.
Stating the issues with the honest return policy clearly and loudly before someone buys should be mandatory. Your lack of doing so only shows your poor customer service as well as ethics.
I would have purchased one item and made the determination that the fabric is completely different than what is advertised and found out with one item that your store and I are not a good fit. Instead I have 6 items in hand I’m trying to return, which is close to the cost of the original price paid, just to ship it back. I am still waiting for 2 items to be sent, however based on these 6 I currently have, I would also want to send these back but will not be able to due to the cost.
It’s a terrible shame, your clientele is looking for good quality affordable clothing, we are not wealthy women who can afford to waste or throw money away and that is exactly what we are doing when ordering
from Noracora.
You guys don’t make money of your clothes being good and affordable you make it off of the struggle that someone cannot send it back due to all of the issues reported above.

“This company does not work with a customer who has to return a garment. They will try to do everything to keep from accepting returns and refunding money from a purchase. I’m trying to return a dress that is too big for me made of some awful heavy fabric that cannot be worn in the summer. They offered me 15% off if I’d keep it. So that would be around $4.50 for a $30.00 dress. The shipping charge was $10.00. So in all I paid approximately $40.00 and they want to pay me $4.50 to keep a dress I will not wear. Really? Watch out for this Company they do not care about their customers.”
“Site states photos showing the item you want to return are acceptable. I bought a dress and loved it. Ordered it in a second color and it came 2 inches short on the top to the waist so waist was under my chest and not at the waist. The neckline was also 2 inches narrower. The dress was defective. I sent photos including a side by side between the 2 dresses with a tape measure. THe photos were clear and they still refused to resend the dress. Finally was able to get a 50% re imbursement. Terrible customer service. I was not returning. I wanted a new dress. I have ordered several times and while sizing is always tricky with China companies I have never had a problem such as this. They lost a good customer.”

“1. For returns, use the "chat" feature, refuse the 15% offer. Tell them you'll just send the items back instead. After some negotiating I got a 35% refund that was credited to me via PayPal in about three days. The "Return" link on your "order" form doesn't work, don't bother trying..
2. Their size charts are waaaay off. Of 16 items, 8 fit and 8 were too small.
3. There are no refunds or returns on sale items (as indicated on the item's page).
4. Ditto others reviews here re the cheap fabric, however I got several tops that fit and feel well that I enjoy.
5. Given their quality and fit issues, items are overpriced in the high $20s to low $30s.
6. Order only non-refundable sale items - $10 or less - buy several sizes,
if you see something that you really like keep the one that fits and works and give away the rest.
7. Too bad they spend so much on advertising, and so little on quality control - their ads are tempting and they have thousands of items for easy home perusing. Order at your own risk.”
“The ads are enticing and pictures are stunning. FALSE ADVERTISING! I ordered $165 worth of clothes that look nothing like the photos. These items took almost 2 months to arrive. They are not linen, like advertised, and they are poorly constructed of cheap, shiny, ugly material that stinks. The return policy is a joke. After filling out the form, I got ignored. They say wait 48 hours, but they don't acknowledge until you email again and complain. Then they offer a 15 percent cash refund. Ridiculous. The cost to return outweighs the cost of purchase. Don't order from this company unless you just want to lose your money and donate items to goodwill thrift stores!”
“The clothes from this company were made from very cheap polyester material. 2 of the items I ordered appeared to be made from cotton/linen but all of the tags said the same thing, polyester. They look nothing like the picture, Tired to return but got no response. Took weeks to receive items. Do not order from this website!!!
