“I ordered two jumpsuits. The jumpsuits materials were different from what was pictured. However, the outfits are nice. I did hav issue with the company's customer service and mailing my package. You can not call them so you must rely on email and social media. I practically had to threaten them to get an answer about my purchase. It just wasn't worth the hassle.”
“Three problems i believe will be helpful for future buyers:
1. Do buy anything you want to wear this year. their delivery of items takes a long time.
2. Buy one or two sizes bigger than you are. The blouses i purchased were smaller than expected and got even smaller after the first wash. I had to give them all away.
3. The blouses i purchased were not as nice as the pictures on the web but they are cheap so you get what you pay for.”
“I ordered my item on June 22. I still have not received it. 2 queries later they plead with me to “be patient”. They say it will arrive within 17 business days from order date. That date is fast approaching and even with usps tracking no word yet.
Pandemic or not they need to put a BIG disclaimer on the site that items may take 4-8 weeks to arrive. Clothes are seasonal and need to arrive in a timely manner.”
“I will never order from this company again. The dress I ordered a month ago never arrived. I contacted the company only to get a robo response asking for more information which I repeatedly sent They sent a UPS tracking number which was fake. I resent all the time I spent on this issue I eventually got my credit card to refund the money but this has taken hours. Do not bother ordering from Noracora if you want a satisfying experience”
“Show shipping it has taken over a month to get some items,You make contact and they tell you to give them more information about the order and you have already sent them the order number and address ,etc, Don't order send in complaint to BBB!!”
