I sent six separate emails and received no response from them until three weeks later. They stated to return the item to them with the tracking number. However, I had to send another email to get the address for returns. What they did was email me a shipping label. NOTE: All returns need to be sent to China at your own expense. I would avoid ever buying from this company again.”

This company is a China based company that portrays itself as a US company or a UK company. The clothing is at least 2 sizes too small. The clothing is very cheaply made and not shaped correctly, smells of chemicals. I emailed for a refund and was informed that I had to mail the items to China. This is not listed in their return policy. The postage to China is well over $100.00. They offered me a refund of $40.99. The return policy is misleading. I did my due diligence but this company posts false positive reviews and changes their country of origin to mislead the consumer. They remove bad reviews and they lie in answers to comments of Facebook (shipped from Illinois, etc.) and then remove those comments so that we cannot use them as evidence.
PayPal will only help you if you mail the items to China.

“I would give this company negative numbers if that was an option. Clothing is Halloween fabric. Sizing is for dolls. They DO NOT PAY FOR RETURNS. They. Only offer half purchase price back. AND, when I returned at my expense they failed to pick up the items and they were returned to me. When I dealt with customer service they claimed no knowledge despite the pictures & receipts, and tracking I presented. The Attorney General should not let them sell anything in our country. Total scam!!!! DO NOT BUY; Block them. Report them!”
