Nordace Eclat - Black At first I was hesitant placing an order given the reviews, but I thought I’d take the risk, and I’m glad I did. I placed my order on 13 March 2020. It arrived 23 March 2020 (London, UK). I was able to track it from start to finish. The bag is exactly as advertised. I love the gold and nude colour detailing, and all the compartments. I can’t wait to use it. I just LOVE it!

3 times I ask them if EU VAT is paid. 3 times they write that shipping is free. Completely useless copy paste robots describes best their customer service. Then: 3 times I asked to cancel and refund. The first time was done within 30 minutes of placing the order. Still no response that has anything to do with what I asked. Jesus Christ, it looks like they are stalling not to have to reply to me and keep the order. Highly unethical, highly incompetent. [For Nordace: ND535962]
