“Very pleasant to deal with and the plant I ordered was perfect. The only reason I haven’t given it the full 5 stars is because I thought the postage rather excessive at over £6 for 2 plants which was nearly the cost of said plants!”
“This is my 2nd order from Norfolk Herbs. They have an amazing selection of pelargoniums. The plants are reasonably priced. Excellent communication. They were very securely packed and arrived in perfect condition. I am very happy with my purchase and I am happy to recommend ths family business.”
“The plant was packed to perfection and in perfect condition. The specimen after two minutes out of the box was covered in bees. I will be ordering everything from Norfolk herbs in future”
“By far the best online Nursery, excellent communications, nothing is too much trouble & they're honest with their replies, for instance I hadn't read the shipping part & contacted them about my order they didn't try & pull the wool over my eyes but gave a genuine explanation & after reading the shipping detail it was correct, expect a delay during the growing season but for the quality of plants, awesome packaging & service it's well worth the wait, I received my plants today in immaculate condition by DHL who are very careful with deliveries, service is over & above, this is the first time I have used NH but will definitely use them in the future, Oliver is very polite on the phone & by email & is good with any info, highly recommended.”

“Can't fault this company, customer service was prompt and friendly and very well package. The herbs I bought are healthy and thriving, my only regret is that I don't live closer to visit in person.”
“Every plant (16) in my order was beautiful, strong & sturdy. Certainly an improvement on the examples I've recently bought from well-known suppliers

“Well packaged really heathy plants that seem to grow week quickly if given the right treatment. You can't beat Norfolk herbs for quality and quantity. Also very quick delivery once dispatched, mostly next day (just not during covid-19)”
“Thank you again for the friendly customer service. We received beautiful healthy plants and they were very well packaged with very little plastic. We have ordered a lot of plants from other places in the past and this company stands out.”
“I ordered during Coronavirus so delivery took a little longer than usual, but the company website forewarned this would be an issue and communicated clearly about likely delivery dates.
It was worth the wait: the plants are excellent- strong and healthy. The packaging was very carefully done and the plants arrived in perfect condition. I will be ordering from Norfolk Herbs again. Much, much better plants than those I’ve found in local nurseries and the whole ordering and delivering process was easy and trouble free. Highly recommended.”
“I buy most of my plants online, and this is the best order I have ever received. Packaging is excellent, plants were much bigger than expected, and very healthy. I will most certainly buy again, and recommend to my fellow growers.”
“Wow. Just received my order for two Salvia Amante. The plants were delivered in excellent condition and very carefully packaged.
