“Came on time (tracking function very good). Fixed the problem but warned me that because of age of device it might not be a permanent fix, but good for now. So far, so good. Would use again. Charged exactly what they said they would.”

“They decided they weren't interested in the booking I made. When the engineer didn't show, I gave them a call, hoping to rearrange. They said they'd sent a cancellation email at 9am, which they hadn't. I was trying to ask whether I could rebook, and the guy hung up on me. Then he sent the cancellation. I could have handled the wasting of my time, but the rudeness I think was entirely uncalled for.”

Hi Darren Palmer, Many thanks for your multiple reviews, as stated on the email we sent upon booking and on the website, that all bookings are subject to confirmation by our Customer Services Team (usually within 1 business hour by phone, text message and/or email). Bookings made after 6pm Monday to Friday or after 3pm on Saturday or Sunday/Bank Holidays will be confirmed on the next working day. You made the booking on Saturday afternoon and we sent you the email today morning at 9:14 and spoke to you on the phone as well this morning. We didn't confirm your booking and decided to cancel it or not interested in it. Your booking wasn't confirmed and we informed you in advance. regards, North London Appliance Repairs

“Engineer did not come until day after original appointment but centre were very good about keeping me informed. When he came the engineer had difficulty fixing the problem but he persevered and got it done. me originally agreed”
