“The repair was completed and a week later the same problem came up. I called to ask about another visit and I have never been treated so badly on the phone. The customer service has been horrific. I would never be able to use you guys again after this. I need the fault checked and after that until you sort out the customer service I would not be able to use you or recommend you.”
