“Not completed because we need spare part. He wants to check if a spare part is available. So I paid #48 instead of 72 to pay the rest when he completes the job. If a spare part is not available then that is it; no more payment.”

“Really nice engineer who turned up in the suggested timeframe. He replaced the element but unfortunately the fan also needed replacement and he did not have the part. He ordered the part and will be back to fit, either this Friday or next week. Happy with speed of service just a shame it needs two visits.”
