“i was charged but the engineer didnt even inspect my fridge. when i called to explain I was shouted back without given a chance to explain and threatened that the collections department would handle my case i m deeply disappointed by the service”

Mr Chris Ari, You booked an appointment for today morning for your Smeg Integrated Fridge/Freezer and when the engineer arrived you didn't let him in even though we paid £11.50 for parking! The job was confirmed and confirmation and tracking were sent to your phone number and email. Also, you called us 3 times today asking for eta although you had the tracking! Our team spoke to you professionally and still waiting for the callout to be paid. Are you happy for us to share the phone recording? North London Appliance Repairs

“My washing machine was past repair, I’d had it many years, so no complaints about having to purchase a new one, I did this with Appliance Centre, the gentleman that came to check my machine for a repair was extremely helpful, kind and polite, he managed to get photos sent to his phone to show me some new machines, I opted for another Hotpoint as I’m familiar with this brand, and he made arrangements for the delivery of new one, an extremely nice gentleman and a pleasure doing business with him.”
