“Easy to book, good to have two-hour slots, was phoned about 30 minutes before he arrived. The fan motor on my oven needed replacing, and the engineer quoted a price (£50) plus the normal labour charge, which I felt was reasonable. He pointed out that the oven door doesn't close properly, and attempted to rectify that, without success, but didn't charge me any extra. He was here quite a long time, worked hard, and the only reason that I didn't give a five-star rating was that he left a bit of a mess. But overall I was very satisfied.”

“The engineer (Dara)was very pleasant and polite - turned up on time - diagnosed the problem with my Miele washing machine quickly and offered some helpful advice. The price was very acceptable. Highly recommended.”

“Amazing Service ....Called up about my Cooker and they tried to fix it over the phone, to save the min call out fee. I couldn't fix it and thy turned up on time and fixed it straight away. Wish all companies were as good as this. Thanks”

“Never use this company. Absolutely shocking, terrible service. my advice- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Take no ownership for problems and did not care at all about me as a customer.”

“I called North London Appliances when my oven broke down as they were far cheaper than the oven brand's servicing team. The engineer was polite and worked quickly and efficiently. He was able to fix my oven for far less than I would have paid elsewhere. I would definitely use them again.”

“Friendly and knowledgable engineer, replaced the heating element on my Smeg oven within half an hour of arriving. Polite and helpful and decent price. Would definitely recommend and use them again.”

“I used North London Appliances to fix my Hotpoint washing machine. It was easy to arrange. The engineer John was great, arrived on time, very polite and quick to fix the problem. Reasonable charges and I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Don't waste your money. Engineer came twice and each time I tried to use it after engineer spent 10 minutes on it and said it was now working it did not work. He just said that I needed new dishwasher - did not offer to repair and tried to get quote from company but no response. Dishwasher only few years old not happy with service. Have now had it fixed by a reputable repair company”

“Be careful of this company. On their website they provided a quotation for "Total Repair Cost: £60 + Spare parts if required". This was confirmed in their e-mail. Having fitted a cheap element to my oven (which they now claim cost £25.99, but for which they have failed to provide an invoice), they charged £110 for a 20-minute visit. In other words, they overcharged by at least £24.”

“Called them up for an emergency repair to my cooker, after endless companies saying they couldn't come out North London Appliances said they could. Within hours of making the call my cooker is working. Brilliant service. Would recommend them to everyone.”

Took time to show me what was being replaced in the oven and why it needed replacing. Clean, tidy, helpful and professional service.
