“Many thanks to the engineer Ionut Andries for fixing my extractor fan. The engineer was on time, professional and came up with a great solution to fixing a tricky repair. I was charged the price I was quoted prior to the visit. I am very happy with the service and will use the company again.”

“Really happy my Neff oven has been fixed and just in time for Christmas! Our engineer knew exactly what he was doing and very friendly too! Rates also reasonable, final charge was as quoted at the time of booking, will definitely recommend this company to friends and family, thank you!”

“the repair chap arrived about an hour after the appointment window. however the problem was fixed on the same appointment and seemed a reasonable price for labour and parts. Would use again and prefer this service to the mainstream appliance insurers.”

“Ionut (John) went above and beyond. He came to install the electric cooker within an hour of my call. He was very professional and not only installed the new hob but also fixed a few things, like firmly attaching the oven and a piece of wood that had gotten unstuck when a previous repairman left the kitchen in a state. I am very happy.”

“Engineer (Jon) arrived on time and located the issue which turned out to be a contaminated pump. Couldn't be fixed as the replacement part worked out more expensive than a replacement dishwasher but Jon recommended an appropriate course of action. All in all very happy with the quality of service.”
