Why is it taking Three months to get a refund,had boiler serviced in February and because they could not get my thermostat to work ordered another one but I managed to get it working so phoned to cancel it, but they still charged me, I have phoned 5 times,emailed twice and still no success in getting my £210 refund as I’m a pensioner that is a lot of money to me,I’m very unhappy with the service I have had
