“Very happy with my purchase of Matrix Latte Curtains. Excellent value, look super and have darkened the room. Needed a bit of light ironing and I am sure any outstanding creases will fall out. Very quick delivery despite the Postal strikes.”

“The curtains I purchased are intensely and extensively wrinkled (from the packaging), to the point whereby I am unable to remove them myself. I am now forced to go to a dry cleaner to see if they can help, with associated costs. I will not make any further purchases from Norwood and am extremely disappointed by the product I received.”

“Telephone customer services to explain that I was having difficulty ordering through e bay and my order was taken by a customer service person at Norwood. Not only was the order taken quickly and efficiently in a friendly helpful manner but it was cheaper to buy directly from Norwood. Curtains were delivered postage free in two days. Excellent service. Thank you.”
