“This is not a normal review as we didn't end up with the curtains we ordered. Following our online order Norwood Textiles delivered the items quickly as promised. Unfortunately there was an issue with these that was down to the manufacturer and out of Norwood's control. I contacted Norwood the next day and they were immediately in touch with the manufacturer who unfortunately did not offer a resolution. Norwood immediately offer a return for full credit, a replacement or a discount if we would prefer to keep them (the fault was fairly minor). In the end we chose to return the curtains and Norwood provided a label for free return. When they received them back we were given a full credit immediately. Although this did not sort out our lack of curtains I cannot fault the service provided by Norwood Textiles. They dealt with our issue quickly, efficiently and with excellent overall service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody looking for soft furnishings and will definitely use them again myself.”

“We bought two single oak tree bird jacquard bed covers in navy blue with matching pillow cases. We were delighted with the colour and pattern of the bed covers and with the prompt delivery. We would like to have more matching pillow cases, but have been unable to find these as separate items for sale - only together with the bed covers. Pity!”

Not only was the delivery service excellent in terms of the speed of the delivery and receiving the goods but the actual quality of all items were fantastic. “The duvet cover was a beautiful pattern and colour but the fabric was stiff rough and itchy. Washed it twice with fabric softener but it made no difference”

“I stumbled upon Norwood Textiles by accident and browsed their bedding range. I found a set that was just what I was after and at a great price. Getting carried away as I do, I ended up purchasing the whole set including decorative pillows and throw etc. The price still came in a lot cheaper than some shops for less of a set. It said delivery in about 3-5 days but to my delight it arrived 2 days after I ordered and I was kept up to date with the day and time that delivery would be so I was able to make sure I was in. I was so exciting receive my parcel and when I opened it to put it on the bed I was astounded by the quality. I have never had bedding of this quality before. The material is so luxurious and feels like something in a stately rich hotel type room. Very very good quality. The cushions were pre filled and very plump, not cheap crappy inserts and the throw is thick and just perfect. Overall I am gobsmacked by the quality for such a cheap price and I am so so so happy with my new bedding. No more cheap supermarket duvet covers for me anymore. I’ll be purchasing more and recommending to everyone who cares to listen, and probably to some who don’t! I wanted to post photos but the option isn’t letting me. I’m 100% very pleased with the quality, customer service, ease of ordering, delivery time and price.”
