“I Have been taking these supplements for around 6 weeks. I haven't noticed big improvements but I am sleeping better. Also my joints dont seem to be as painful so I think they are slowly starting to work. My nutritionist told me that supplements will work after about 3 months but hopefully will more improvement as I go along. I now have it a month subscription.”

“I've been taking these supplements for around a month now (Sea Moss, Omega 3 and Vit D3) Maybe my age and/or lifestyle, but for a long time now I had been finding I was very often feeling depleted in energy, and expiriencing brain fog - often making it hard for me to focus and complete my day to day work. I feel that the comination of Omega 3 and Vitamin D3 has really helped combat this, I'd go as far as to say I started noticing a difference within the first week. I really like the ethics of this brand, and the customer service has been absolutely amazing.”

“Sorry to say I've not noticed any change and I've even had a minor, innocuous injury which has caused a massive exacerbation of the inflammation in my knees which is taking an incredibly long time to resolve. I will continue the no-fish omega 3 capsules for now though, as I imagine it is benefitting me in some (as yet undetactable) ways, but I will add/re-start glucosamine/chondroitin also. I was also initially sent the wrong supplements - a selection of three different capsules; this error has been corrected.”
