“The product I ordered was not available as the stock they had received was not up to their standards. I received a personal email very swiftly after submitting my order explaining this and offering to substitute a more expensive product for the same price. I gladly accepted this and the package arrived promptly and securely wrapped. Very satisfied with purchase and service received.”

“It was a friendly & knowledgeable chap who answered the phone, within minutes I had the right information to go forward. Upon receiving the quote and getting the financial 'go-ahead' we contacted the guys and placed the order. Only a few days later we had received the order and unpacked it. The drums were excellent, the slings and boxes were all superb .... a great service, quick and easy. Thanks to the Nottingham Drum & Guitar Centre. P Saunders OC 2427 Sqn RAF Biggin Hill”

“Absolutely fabulous service! Lovely communication polite and extemely helpful. I would highly recommend this shop/company. I rang for advice and ordered a whole drum kit which was delivered promptly the next day! It was packaged well. Support independant shops! this one is exceptional! “I'd been wondering how I was going to find time to nip into town to pick up a couple of pairs of sticks-that sort of thing doesn't require you to see the article before you buy it. So buying online was the perfect solution,and after checking on the phone that I was getting my regular sticks it was all very simple. They arrived within a couple of days,so panic over,and I should get through the Christmas period without any hitches. I've been very pleased with everything I've bought from the shop over the years-including my Yamaha maple custom kit and various packing cases. And as long as you take care of things,you can be a relative stranger to the shop staff-and buying online just keeps that tradition going. Chris Brady”

“Nottingham drum centre is nothing less than excellent. It is totally open and non-intimidating when asking questions and provides honest and genuine advice and guidance. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, experienced and most importantly friendly. I wouldn't consider getting any drum equipment from anywhere else.”

“Highly knowledgeable and helpful staff, whether you go to the shop or order/enquire by phone. My Mapex Orion drum kit was purchased very late on a Monday afternoon and was delivered (with the selected drum skins fitted and tuned) by their courier during the allotted hour on Thursday morning; superbly packed. The staff are willing to spend time and advise you with the same efficiency and politeness regardless of the fact that your purchase may cost a few pounds or several hundred, they do not differentiate. The Mapex kit is awesome and I would happily recommend it for serious consideration to other drummers. Expensive but the sound it produces makes it an excellent purchase Dave Miller”
