“1st light I received was damaged so I emailed the company and Alison got back to me and the light was quickly replaced without any problems would have gave 5 stars if the 1st light wasn't damaged but the service I received was 5 star”

“Love the item, fast delivery. Only issue was when delivered even though item clearly had fragile all over box delivery company chucked it over 5 foot fence, even though neighbour tried to stop him and offered to take parcel in, outcome could have been a lot different but fortunately item was undamaged.”

“I had to chase for a delivery date as unaware lights were out of stock and no communication regarding this which is reason for onlyv 4 stars. I contacted customer services and was notified straightaway with apologies and delivery date. Lights arrived well packaged just awaiting installation.”

“Very pleased with my purchase . It arrived. Well packaged , box was huge for size of item . Bit disappointed with time it took to arrive , ordered it on 14 Feb & it didn’t arrive till 25 Feb . Initial delivery advice was 4-6 days .”
