I ordered some lights, they were quick to take my money. When I chased up my order they told me they were out of stock!! Very disappointed as I was left stranded. The service was very poor and time consuming. I would NOT recommend!!

Absolutely terrible company I have emailed Now Lighting so many times with no response my wall lights had a part missing which is making them dangerous I am now going to contact trading standards to log a complaint against them be warned do not deal with this company

Firstly you just sent the light fixtures with no bulbs which were also ordered. Then when you did send the bulbs, the wrong ones were sent, so I had to go out and spend another £50 on the correct bulbs!!! Not happy!!!

Eurolite Satin Stainless Steel Dimmer Switch 1 Gang (SSS1D400) state that they are suitable for LED but they are not. Found out at installation and was a few weeks too late to return. They are actually "leading edge halogen type dimmers and not trailing edge dimmers". The dimmers flare the LED lightbulb badly at one point on the dial. This is a case of old unsuitable stock having a modified paper description inserted. No good and no option to return or replace.

Purchased a light that was too heavy for the ceiling as did not mention the weight on the website. Advised I could send back the light and get a refund. Foolishly purchased another light from them pending the refund but told today they will not refund for various reasons in their T&Cs. £250 down the drain. Will never use this joke of company ever again.

I will never use NOW Lighting again! I revived a broken item and I’m still waiting on a response/replacement 4/5 weeks now. I even went the the manufacturer of the product; however, they’ve directed me to go back to NOW Lighting to get the replacement. Still no answer 4/5 weeks later - shocking customer care! They are happy to take your money and send out broken products, but not so good at resolving anything ie just don’t reply!

We bought a light and unfortunately the light arrived damaged. The glass is chipped and therefore the integrity is compromised and the brass is dented. The company refuses un exchange or refund on the ground of the damage not being enough. I paid in the region of £250 this is so disappointing. Yes,their price it might be competitive but you have to hope that you have no problem with your purchase otherwise you will end up spending more. I would like to upload some photos so people can see for themselves.

Still waiting for delivery, delivery was delayed no options available to change timeslots and then delivery was attempted at a different time to the time specified then returned to the shop.

I ordered a light on 15th but it still hasn’t arrived on 31st Dec despite paying for it.I have sent 3 messages asking for an update on the order in the past 2 weeks but have had no response and there is no phone number to call?

Really worried - they took my money on the 8th December with promise of 3 to 5 days to dispatch the lantern. They emailed a copy of my paid invoice. Then nothing. No dispatch notification, no deliver, nor response to my many emails. No phone number to call. Are they still trading does anybody know?

Delivery method is totally inadequate, no contact to buyer to confirm delivery day, driver does not leave card, you have no idea the item has been out for delivery until you contact seller to ask where item is. At that point, the service from the customer service team, ie, Alison, is not helpful, just telling you it is out for delivery again on the day of the message so if you are at work, you miss it again. Very Poor Delivery service and Very Poor Customer Services. Will not recommend.
