“Ordered but then advised not in stock till mid November. Customer service for cancellation and refund was excellent- low rating as website should not have indicated that it was a stock item.”

“I ordered 2 sets of lights on 29/8 with confirmed delivery time of 3-4 working days. Light were not delivered in the agreed time. I queried this and was told one set was in stock but one was out - they are waiting till they both come in before dispatching (End Sept). On 9/9 I asked if the set of lights in stock could be sent asap but was told they were in packaging and it would be a few days before they were even sent. Terrible service.”

“O NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Beware of their refund policy. You have to pay for the return, they do not acknowledge receipt and in my case, you need to chase them up to see what is happening. Only to be told a refund is refused because the item was not packaged EXACTLY as they originally sent it out. Nothing broken, nothing missing, every scrap of packaging returned. Refund refused. Totally unreasonable. If you want to risk buying from them either make sure you have physically seen the item in a showroom or meticulously video yourself unpacking item in the hope that you can replicate this should you need to return it. And by the way be a proficient packing wizard. APPALLING.”

“Wish I had read the reviews first. Same problem as many others. Place order with promised 3 - 5 days delivery. Over a week later and no update of even dispatch. Light needed for installation before project completed which now seems unlikely. Very disappointed”

“Order placed over a week ago, confirmation email stating will be shipped in 2-4 days, no further information received with regard to the delivery , still waiting and still no response to my 2 requests for an update ? Now you email me for a ‘review’ which is laughable ! Send me my order or respond to my requests please.”

“Items ordered 6th Aug 21. Website suggested dispatch within 2-4 working days. Now 17th Aug 21, still no sign of despatch/delivery. Builders renovating kitchen, complete Friday, unlikely now to have my lighting installed. Disappointed, considering these are available on several other sites.”

“Ordered a £200 light. Estimated 2 - 4 day delivery. 12 days later not even an email to confirm dispatch. Send email to customer service. Further 3 days later and not even received a response to my email. Terrible service! Can’t rate the product as it still hasn’t arrived.”
