Glass parts missing. Promised some replacements before Christmas. That was over3 weeks ago. No updates or contact. Expensive item to be wrong when there are much less expensive available. Not good.

Placed order 2 weeks ago and still not had the light delivered. Have called and just goes to automated telephone message and sent email also and no response. I had no email either to say when being delivered or even if its dispatched. Not sure what to do as they have my money and can't get hold of anyone...terrible service do not recommend!

I ordered an article a while ago and still have not received estimated delivery date. I'm not even sure that the parcel is shipped. I have sent several emails to different accounts, but no response. On the phone, there is an automatic response that personnel is staying away due to travel restrictions, but some of thel have an access to emails. I sent an email to the aadress mentioned through phone call, but it send an automatic reply that the aadress do not exist. I am familiar about the situation in the world at the moment, but I still think that companies should reply and help costumers, I would be fine if I get my money back.. the worst is not knowing what is going on..

A good company can not only send out your goods, it will deal with any faulty products. This company does not respond to emails and telephones are not available. I wish I had bought the lights from another company ( who had sold out) and bought the expensive light bulbs from a separate source.

I ordered a light which said in stock 2 to 4 working days delivery, 10 days later still no light so I ordered one from another company which was delivered the next day as I had booked the electrician, I have emailed them and telephoned them with no response to get a refund

Ordered on 4th October still waiting to hear from them as to what’s happened to my order! Had 2 emails saying I was in a queue but still no response to my emails. Thoroughly discusted with their customer service. Even in lockdown other companies respond within 2 weeks. Will never order from them again. NO STARS and still waiting for order.

Sent a light back as it was the wrong colour. Emailed 'Now Lighting' and no reply. Tried to call as well but no response. Now trying to claim a refund via PayPal.

It is now three and a half weeks since I ordered from Now Lighting, and have still not received my order. I am not able to get through on the phone and have not had reply to my email enquiry.

Can never get in touch with them, takes ages for updates, item arrived was cheap. I am still waiting for a refund on a light I ordered and sent back over 8 weeks ago. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Wrong product sent and still not received order after 2 weeks. I received a parcel fairly soon after ordering but it was completely different to what I ordered, I then had to make multiple phone calls and arrange to have it returned. I accept mistakes happen however it is two weeks later, the wrong product has been collected but I still don't have what I ordered despite payment having been taken. Communication around the ongoing delay has been poor and at every point required me to chase, I still have no idea when I will receive my order.

Light didn’t work, the cable was broken so my electrician had to find where the fault was in the wire and cut it which meant the light is now shorter than I wanted. I have tried to contact twice and someone was supposed to call be back, this was over a week ago... I couldn’t have sent the product back as we had already took it all out of the packaging and snipped the wire. I would appreciate a call back if anyone actually reads these reviews.

Service was fine. Product was awful. Cheap and poorly made. Even when assembled it looked horrible. The screw fittings were cheap and didn’t hold. I took it to my local tip and threw it away it was so bad. You get what you pay for and that was a pile of tat
