“The purchasing process was simple and easy, the prices were fair and the delivery was good. The only thing I'd suggest is to include more details and photos on the website. The wall light we bought was incredibly difficult to install due to the screw holes being way too close to the edge of the base (and, therefore, the wall), plus the base itself was very small too, which also made it difficult to fit all the cables inside. I appreciate this is an issue with the product and not the store though - the ceiling lights we bought in the same order were stunning. I still recommend the website as a great option to find good-value products.”

“The online item description, ordering, payment and delivery were excellent however, I have given 4 out of 5 because there was no indication of my order shipping status. I received a digital order conformation immediately, but then nothing until the item arrived three days later. That said, I would certainly purchase from Now Lighting again.”

“1st light I received was damaged so I emailed the company and Alison got back to me and the light was quickly replaced without any problems would have gave 5 stars if the 1st light wasn't damaged but the service I received was 5 star”

“I had to chase for a delivery date as unaware lights were out of stock and no communication regarding this which is reason for onlyv 4 stars. I contacted customer services and was notified straightaway with apologies and delivery date. Lights arrived well packaged just awaiting installation.”

“Very pleased with my purchase . It arrived. Well packaged , box was huge for size of item . Bit disappointed with time it took to arrive , ordered it on 14 Feb & it didn’t arrive till 25 Feb . Initial delivery advice was 4-6 days .”

“On placing my order, I received a confirmation email which said a further email would be sent giving a delivery estimate when the item left the warehouse. No email was received. I also received nothing from the delivery company either. So the item was delivered unexpectedly but fortunately I was in at the time. I would have given 5 stars but for the lack of delivery information because the item was delivered within the timescale given and was well packaged. I'm pleased with the quality of the item.”

“Purchased two post and surprised at how bright they are, my wife loves the shape. Only one slight problem, do not overtighten the base screws it could damage the base”
