“Very quick service at a good price. The company said they would advise me when the light was back in stock. They failed to do so but I saw it on their web site, therefore only 4 stars”

“Beautiful lights at a fantastic price but a little part missing. I’ve been trying to contact the firm to ask them to help but no success as yet hence the 4 stars. If it arrives then definitely 5 stars for product and service”

“The lights are fantastic quality and very good value for money. Fast delivery and well packaged. This score would have been a 5 but I wasn’t happy with the after care. One of the flat head screws holding the light to the bracket broke after minimal pressure. I emailed them immediately to ask if I could have a replacement sent as we couldn’t get the screw type or size in local stores. I even said I would pay for it but never had a reply. Eventually we had to fashion a regular screw with a hacksaw to put it up. All in all I am still happy due to the quality, cost and they look amazing. I will buy from them next time I require lighting.”

“We received what we ordered and when it said it would be delivered. Haven’t installed it yet. Light bulbs would have been nice, we have to outand buy some.”

“Regrettably the delivery date for the wall lights I ordered could not be met and was extended so I had to cancel the order which was disappointing. I was very pleased with the no hassle refund which happened very quickly after the cancellation.”

“Quick delivery , very well packaged . The light looks perfect in the lounge in my cottage . I would have given 5 stars but the bulb died too seem to hang perfectly straight ! It’s not too noticeable but it is slightly off centre”
