“Although two shades were found to be cracked on delivery (these things happen) Alison in Customer services sorted it out for me and got the manufacturer to send replacements ASAP. Excellent Service.”

“Exceptional service from this company, the light was well priced and arrived quickly, but some of the bulbs were damaged in transit. This was quickly rectified by the company who sent out new bulbs, highly recommended, great customer service.”
