“To complete the refurbishment of my premises, I required some extra spotlights which I mentioned when placing my order. Alison, the lighting manager, has arranged a speedy delivery for me. I am grateful for the excellent service she provided.”

“Light not as advertised cheap and cheerful . Plus you have to assemble light”

“Purchased a light that was too heavy for the ceiling as did not mention the weight on the website. Advised I could send back the light and get a refund. Foolishly purchased another light from them pending the refund but told today they will not refund for various reasons in their T&Cs. £250 down the drain. Will never use this joke of company ever again.”
