“My bathroom light fitting arrived in good time and was well packaged. Upon opening it we realised some essential fixings were missing. I emailed customer services to advise them and they sent replacement screws. Unfortunately these were for a completely different light fitting. Once again I contacted customer services and also uploaded a diagram of the light fitting with the missing parts circled. The missing parts eventually arrived but still had some washers and bolts missing. My husband managed to source the missing bolts from screwfix. When it came to fitting the light the length of electric cable was very short and it was impossible to fit it without removing the box enclosing the wire housing to free up some length of cable. Finally managed with a lot of struggling to fit it!! Nightmare from start to finish and not a cheap light at nearly £80! Looks great now it’s in place but would think twice before buying from this company again”

“Easy to complete order on line. Prompt delivery. Lantern was well packed. Waiting for an electrician to come and fix so can’t comment on lantern itself until installed. Would certainly use Now. Lighting again.”

“I ordered an external porch light fitting rated at 60w. When it arrived the box and safety sticker both said 10w. This led me to believe I had been sent a fitting manufactured to a lesser quality than the one advertised. When I asked for a replacement I was told the fitting I received was actually manufactured to 60w but the art work and sticker were out of date. I have no way of knowing if that is true, but seeing as I am unlikely to exceed 10w I let it drop. When installing the fitting (remember it was an external porch fitting?) the instructions state "for interior fitting only"! My experience makes me think this is a company which is not hot on accuracy - don't expect what you receive to be exactly what you order.”

“My lamp unfortunately arrived damaged due to transportation with the light shade in small pieces. This was sorted within 24 hours with a replacement arriving the next day sent by fast track. Cannot fault the service 👍”

“Although two shades were found to be cracked on delivery (these things happen) Alison in Customer services sorted it out for me and got the manufacturer to send replacements ASAP. Excellent Service.”

“The lights are fantastic quality and very good value for money. Fast delivery and well packaged. This score would have been a 5 but I wasn’t happy with the after care. One of the flat head screws holding the light to the bracket broke after minimal pressure. I emailed them immediately to ask if I could have a replacement sent as we couldn’t get the screw type or size in local stores. I even said I would pay for it but never had a reply. Eventually we had to fashion a regular screw with a hacksaw to put it up. All in all I am still happy due to the quality, cost and they look amazing. I will buy from them next time I require lighting.”
