“Received my lightfitting and unfortunately one glass shade was broken. Contacted Now Lighting and spoke with Sandy who arranged for a replacement. Very informative and helpful. Received the replacement part. Very good customer service. Would definitely order from again.”

“Great service - I managed to order the wrong finish on the light I ordered (my fault, not theirs). A phone call to the wonderful ladies on the support line once I’d realised seemed to get everything sorted....they even called me back when they said they would.....and then the light turned up and it was exactly what I wanted! Too many times you think things are ok when ordering online and sorted / rectified, only to be let down at the end - not this company! Great service and prices - would definitely recommend.”

“Great service. Got the light delivered in time. Was the wrong light and was able to speak to someone to get the order corrected. Replacement swiftly arrived within 2 days. The delivery driver took the other light after dropping off the correct one without any delivery charge.”
