“The item is brilliant and exactly what we wanted - the reason why I have only given 3 stars is because the delivery took a lot longer than confirmed when I placed the order - I had to ring up twice to find out the status and the delivery was a week after the original date stated.”

“I was very disappointed with the colour, I hoped it would be more of a gold colour, it does not look as good as I thought it would”

“Great service - I managed to order the wrong finish on the light I ordered (my fault, not theirs). A phone call to the wonderful ladies on the support line once I’d realised seemed to get everything sorted....they even called me back when they said they would.....and then the light turned up and it was exactly what I wanted! Too many times you think things are ok when ordering online and sorted / rectified, only to be let down at the end - not this company! Great service and prices - would definitely recommend.”

“Great service. Got the light delivered in time. Was the wrong light and was able to speak to someone to get the order corrected. Replacement swiftly arrived within 2 days. The delivery driver took the other light after dropping off the correct one without any delivery charge.”

“We bought a fantastic novelty airplane light for our son's bedroom. Now lighting was the best price on the internet. The light is very good quality. It came quite quickly and very well packaged. Overall, we're very happy with our purchase.”

“Service was fine. Product was awful. Cheap and poorly made. Even when assembled it looked horrible. The screw fittings were cheap and didn’t hold. I took it to my local tip and threw it away it was so bad. You get what you pay for and that was a pile of tat”
