Ordered a new pay monthly phone as a new customer. Cancelled my old contract with BT in hopes of the so called “next day delivery” if you order before midnight. My phone hasn’t arrived after a week which isn’t ideal. Sort it out O2, very disappointed.

I just got a contract for the iPhone pro online, everything signed and checked out perfect and a big selling point was the next day delivery I was so excited when my order went through just to told that the phone wasn't even in stock and that they'd let me know when they get more. No option to change phone or cancel the contract just a wait until its instock. DON'T SELL THINGS YOU DON'T HAVE!!

I went to do this and the payment went through with the extra delivery charge for next day delivery.

Called O2 again, who said that it WILL be delivered, but to simply refuse delivery.

I was advided all I had to do is reject the delivery of the new phone with the courier as well as upgrade which would mean another phone would be sent out (the same make) which I would accept.

bought a phone from O2 ,due for delivery Monday ,delivery delayed !!! Rang up told it would be delivered Tuesday ,Guess what delivery delayed !! Does anyone know what they are doing at O2? SPENT 40 MINUTES ON PHONE TRYING TO SORT THIS OUT STILL NON THE WISER!!! Order number ms-309928718

Spent over an hour on the website just trying to purchase a new phone only to find out O2 are unable to deliver to an address that is different from the address your credit card is registered to (even though every other company offers this in the form of delivery addresses / billing addresses).
