I am going to make my payment for my phone bill when I get paid and when the phone contract is up for a upgrade I won't be interested in the upgrade as I am late with my payment and I have been hounded for the payment and when I want to change the payment date I can't and I can't speak to the o2 customer service team all I receive is the automated service so I won't be interested in the upgrade in future
