“I received a wardrobe from Oak Direct that was damaged. Drill holes had been incorrectly aligned and the wood was split. I sent photos and a detailed email and was informed by Nathan that my complaint would be dealt with. I received no correspondence with regards to the complaint so I emailed again and was informed that the matter would be dealt with promptly. After my third email and no correspondence to resolve the matter I employed a joiner to fix the wardrobe. I would never buy anything from this company again. Appalling customer complaint handling and no resolution offered.”

“Item arrived promptly and in perfect order. Is exactly as described which is always a concern when ordering on line without physically seeing the item. All in all very pleased and good value for money”

“Excellent and prompt service, the driver called nearer the time to arrange delivery and we were very pleased with the furniture. The only downside was having not seen the furniture first hand I did think the colour looks darker in the photos and we've had to adjust one of the doors on our cabinet as it was stiff to open and close.”

“Although you have now arranged for a refund as promised and for that I am grateful, I could not recommend you. It seems strange that you cannot be contacted by phone and that you used a courier who have a record of very poor reliability and high levels of damage to goods in transit. Unfortunately the sideboard was badly damaged on arrival and the delivery process was dreadful. You say you have changed your courier now. I hope this is the case and breakages are reduced as a result.”
