I am sorry our stencil numbers were not what you were looking for. We have sold this item for years and have never had this complaint. The 10 inch stencil is exactly like the smaller ones except they are one to a page which is normally a benefit.

“The stencil was so so cute, but because it was long and rolled for shipping, it was very hard to use. I laid it out, warmed it up and put a heavy board on it for 24 hours. It still did not lay flat. I probably can’t use it again, and it was expensive for a one use application. Rather disappointed!!”

OUr stencil is designed to fit most standard tiles but as you have found the standards can be lose.
Please send us a picture of what your situation is.
We can take a refund of this stencil but we can also create a custom tile to dial in the size exactly so that you can paint your tile.
