“My account was suddenly restricted, disabling withdrawals and limiting access without any prior warning. Attempts to resolve the issue internally resulted in vague responses and no progress. At that point, I turned to U.R.F, led by Unique Services. Their team conducted a methodical review, identified the compliance error causing the freeze, and implemented a resolution efficiently. Access was restored, and preventative measures were added to protect the account going forward.”

“I bought a swimwear online based on the sizing guide, and it happens to be small. I checked backed to be able to exchange it, and in the hole store there's only one other swimwear available that is even smaller!”

“Very disappointed. I purchased £200 worth of gift vouchers for a colleague's leaving present. There was no option to leave a message to go with the gift voucher so the surprise was ruined by having to advise the recipient. Also the promised email to say the vouchers had been delivered was never received”
