"The boxes showed up smashed. One of the three units received was damaged. The driver claims he waited for three hours outside the building (he was parked on the public street and was not there three hours). He then claimed we opened and inspected the boxes in front of him. Four of us that work then, and the security guard, can all testify that we did not open the boxes until the next day when we found a damaged caster on one of the devices. "
